Dear mom,
Through this letter, I am a student of FKIP HKBP Nommensen University want to complaint about the fasilitator in this campus. The fasilitator in this campus are very low because many fasilitator can not use well. Sometimes, when my friends and I entered to the classroom and the lesson begin, the projector can be use, not only that the chairs in the classroom was broken. And then, the toilets in this campus are less and smell.
