This letter is to inform you that my son Egan S, a student of class VII-A, of your school, would not be able to attend school as he is down with fever. The doctor informed us of his illness when I got his test done and has advised him complete rest for 2 days. I will provide you the medical certificate from our doctor when he returns to school.
I am really concerned about his healthy and hope that he would be well soon.
